Hello, if your company is in the Treasure Valley, I'll be involved in your onboarding process. You'll also see me when you need hardware updated or deployed. If you submit a support request through our service desk that requires an on-site visit, I'll be there in a flash. When I'm not at a client's office, I'm usually at our local Tier 3 data center. Our Boise data center let's us keep your data in Idaho and deliver faster support than Azure or AWS.

I'm one of the engineers who will keep your team working when tech issues arise. Every time you call our service desk, you will talk to an experienced engineer. We do not use an answering service or dispatcher. From the time of submitting your service ticket, you can expect an engineer working on your concern within 19 minutes or less. We know doctors and nurses can't wait for IT support - so we make sure they get help right away!

"You Can't Go Wrong with TotalCare IT"

TotalCare IT does everything better than any IT company we have worked with in the past. You can’t beat the wonderful customer support from TotalCare. It’s so easy to create a ticket if you are having an issue and their response time is wonderful. They are punctual if you need them to come to your office and if it’s something that can be handled remotely their online response time is very fast. They are always patient in figuring out the problem and don’t stop until they have solved it.

I especially appreciate that TotalCare provisions and services computers for our remote workers as well (both PCs and Macs). It’s so nice to have this done for us so we are not managing deployment of hardware ourselves – it’s one less thing for me to worry about!

TotalCare IT is also knowledgeable about security as they are constantly staying up to date on the most recent cyber issues and coming up with a response for it.
