Our model includes 3 main service areas: secure IT support, cybersecurity, and technology alignment (roadmapping your tech upgrades and IT budget over 12-18 months). 

A lot of what we do at TotalCare to keep your firm secure and running smoothly happens remotely. We are also available for on-site visits when the need arises. We have employees and offices in Boise and Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Hello, if your company is in the Treasure Valley, I'll be involved in your onboarding process. You'll also see me when you need hardware updated or deployed. If you submit a support request through our service desk that requires an on-site visit, I'll be there in a flash. When I'm not at a client's office, I'm usually at our local Tier 3 data center. Our Boise data center let's us keep your data in Idaho and deliver faster support than Azure or AWS.

I'm one of the engineers who will keep your team working when tech issues arise. Every time you call our service desk, you will talk to an experienced engineer. We do not use an answering service or dispatcher. From the time of submitting your service ticket, you can expect an engineer working on your concern within 19 minutes or less. Do you prefer to submit tickets via Slack or texting? We can set that up for your firm to get the most convenient support for you.

Hello there! I will be leading the onboarding process if you choose to work with TotalCare IT. I will make sure you are set for success before transitioning to day-to-day support from our service desk. I have my hands in a bit of everything, so we may speak from time to time about infrastructure projects, service delivery, or your cloud environment (or on-premises environment if your firm's data isn't hosted in the cloud).

That means I'm working in the background to ensure your firm's data is always accessible and right at your fingertips. Whether you're working from home, in the office, at the cabin, or abroad, you'll have safe access to your files and working environment.
