About TotalCare IT

Our president and founder Aaron Zimmerman started TotalCare IT in 2007, after working 20+ years in corporate IT. Aaron had the desire to bring what he was doing in corporate America to small and mid-sized business owners.

When it began, Aaron's vision for TotalCare IT was supporting and protecting that small business owner in a way that really wasn’t being offered at the time. The idea of bringing the enterprise level down to the SMB was relatively new and tremendously increased the productivity and profitability of our clients.

Today, the spirit remains the same. We still support and protect our clients against productivity killers like data loss and downtime, and our methods have evolved with the changing threat landscape. We operate with strict security procedures such as Zero-Trust computing and we educate our clients about cyber safety and data compliance regulations.

Aaron Zimmerman

PRESIDENT & CEO

Aaron has been in the IT industry for over 30 years. After working corporately for many years, he founded TotalCare IT in 2007 to bring enterprise-level IT support and security to SMBs in Idaho. He loves empowering businesses through technology, people, and process.

Aaron is married and has three children. When Aaron is not working, he can be found reading, gardening, listening to health podcasts, or traveling. He is also a Sci-Fi enthusiast.

Chelsea Zimmerman

Marketing Manager

Chelsea's area of expertise is digital marketing. She is a Google Ads pro and HubSpot website designer. You will be hearing from Chelsea in our weekly client newsletters.

She is an Army veteran and has a bachelor’s degree in National Security from Liberty University. She is recently engaged and has two Tabby cats named Henry and Thaddeus. When not working, Chelsea's interests include video games and traveling. Chelsea is Aaron's daughter.

Nick Burrows

Service manager

Nick is responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of all services to our clients. He leads the technical team and vets and deploys the tools that we use to serve our clients. Finally, he is our primary cloud infrastructure engineer.

Nick lives in the Idaho Falls area with his wife. He has three children and a dog named Susan. When he is not typing or using a computer mouse, he can usually be found reading, watching a movie, or with a Rubik’s cube or deck of cards in his hands.

Brad Keezel

Service Desk Supervisor

Brad is the supervisor of our helpdesk team. He triages helpdesk tickets and schedules on site visits. He is responsible for maintaining our average rapid response rate of 19 minutes or less.

Brad is married with three children, two dogs, and a cat. When not at work, you can find him lifting weights, wrestling, or building firearms. Brad is a US Marine Corps veteran and retired after 15 years - 4 years in Infantry & 11 years as a Data Network Specialist

Wencie Beltran

Service desk engineer

Wencie lives in the Philippines and has been with TotalCare IT for over six years now. He is our senior helpdesk engineer, helping our clients with their day to day technology needs.

He is married with four kids, two girls and two boys, and two dogs. One dog is a Belgian Malinois and the puppy is a Japanese Shih Tzu. When not at work, you can find him riding his bike and going on road trips. He also enjoys watching movies, tv series and learning about new technology.

Forrest Nolan

vCIO / Account Manager

Forrest lives in the Boise area with his wife and their lively family of dogs, cats, and horses. He is an Army veteran and loves adventure and the outdoors.

Forrest is a cybersecurity practitioner and is working on an advanced degree in information assurance through WGU. He has been an avid Ham Radio operator for 12 years, and enjoys motorcycling, hunting, and camping when not working with technology.

Ashley Wheeler

Administrative assistant

Ashley's roles include general administrative work and helping in the marketing department. She is our outbound marketing pro and is responsible for producing much of our paper mail marketing.

Ashley lives in Southeast Idaho with her husband and three children. They are a big outdoors family who love to go camping, fly fishing, and bow hunting. When Ashley isn't working or carting her kids around to activities, she enjoys reading and true crime. Ashley is also Aaron's daughter.

Ben Lewis

NOC Analyst & Service Desk Engineer

Ben is a US Marine Corps veteran and a full-time student going through the cybersecurity program at CEI. Ben works in our Idaho Falls office responding to monitoring alerts, managing and checking backups, and performing network operations duties. He also works on our service desk helping clients with support tickets.

In his spare time, Ben loves studying the humanities, winter sports, and camping with his wife and dog.

Ray Belden

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Ray works in our Boise office. If you need hardware deployed or updated, chances are it will be Ray that comes to your office. He is also a part of the team that onboards new clients and documents their network.

Ray was born and raised in Montana. He and his wife have three kids and four cats. Ray loves to hike and gold pan in the nicer months. His other hobby is building model ships. He is also a huge StarTrek nerd.

Alfredo Quiambao

Centralized Services Engineer

Alfredo's job at TotalCare is to ensure integrity and availability of all internal and client systems. This is done through optimizing tools, leveraging automation, and monitoring alerts.

Alfredo is happily married and shares his home with five beloved dogs. He is a Boston Celtics fan and an avid gamer, with favorites like "The Witcher 3" and "The Last of Us" series. Alfredo has a deep passion for learning and lives by the motto: "Everything is learnable with enough time and passion."

Zac Guo

Systems Engineer

Zac has more than 15 years of experience in IT management. He has a Master's in Cybersecurity and an MBA in IT management. Zac is also a Certified Ethical Hacker Master and Cisco Certified Network Professional.

He's a meat lover and Keto zealot, as it helped him through a health crisis in 2023. Zac loves to cook all kinds of food, and his favorite dish is scrambled eggs with lamb slices. He says: “The best category of food is protein.”

Ben Ellsworth

Business Development/Sales

Ben has been in technology sales for most of his career. His secret to success has been to connect deeply with customers, discover where they're at and where they want to be as a company, and then discuss and implement technology solutions that will help them achieve their goals.

Ben is a Boise native and a family man with four kids and three stepkids. He's a big sports fan who loves watching football, basketball, baseball, and playing golf. Ben loves the outdoors, spending time with his wife, reading, drawing cartoons, meditating, and watching his kids and stepkids play sports.

Ferdie Miraflor

Service Desk Engineer

Ferdinand "Ferdie" is a member of our service desk team. He has had an exciting career in IT so far, most recently working in Dubai for a futuristic tech company. We're happy to have him and his experience on the TotalCare team.

Ferdie is happily married and enjoys spending his free time with his wife. Their shared love for travel and coffee takes them to various destinations and cozy cafes. They enjoy going to the beach every once in a while to recharge. When they’re not out exploring, Ferdie likes to stay at home to study technology, particularly networking.
