While I can't promise you'll never have printer issues or applications glitches, I can assure you that I will be just a short phone call (or text message) away when you need me or my team.

Is your company in the cloud? If so, I'm your guy. I spend my time at TotalCare IT on cloud architecture and automation. That means I'm working in the background to make sure your company's data is always accessible and right at your fingertips. I know this is so important for engineering firms, who often have files that need to be accessed securely on the go. If you're not in the cloud, I will still be working in the background on your environment's security.

This includes keeping detailed documentation of your network, managing and testing your backups, and keeping up on routine maintenance to prevent future tech issues. If your business is in East Idaho, you may also see me when you have new hardware deployments or upgrades. I will also assist our service desk team by doing on-site visits to clients.
