I'm the Information Security Officer at TotalCare IT, and part of my role is also being a virtual Chief Security Officer for your company. This means I'll be architecting the cybersecurity program for your company as well as advising on data compliance. Our holistic approach to cybersecurity and safety includes tools, processes, procedures, and employee vulnerability training.

As your virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO), I will meet with your leadership team several times a year (more if needed) to roadmap out technology changes, upgrades, and replacements. This process makes sure there are no recurring issues in your environment, all your equipment and security is up to date, and you have a predictable budget for the year.

As a Network Operations Center engineer, my job is to monitor the health of your IT environment. This includes keeping detailed documentation of your network, managing and testing your backups, and keeping up on routine maintenance to prevent future tech issues. If your business is in East Idaho, you may also see me when you have new hardware deployments or upgrades. I will also assist our service desk team by doing on-site visits to clients.

The only thing not included in our monthly rate is projects that take more than a couple of hours to complete. These projects are charged separately. This makes your IT spending predictable and easy to account for.
